The Mavericks need a player like Kobe to bail out Dirk in those of need when he can't be that leader or that spark that ignites the offense, but one thing that I would to see is a player like Josh Howard go because my bloggers that's a future superstar in this league with the talent to do whatever he wants inside and outside.
